Hi I’m Ryan (they/them)
I’ve spent over two decades supporting individuals and communities through grief, transition, and inner healing. My approach is relational and intuitive, shaped by my years in education, crisis response, emotional regulation work, and my own lived experience navigating chronic illness.
I work with children, neurodivergent and disabled folks, and anyone carrying grief that feels overwhelming or long held. I support people through breakups, identity shifts, chronic illness, sudden loss, and end-of-life transitions—offering steadiness, presence, and care.
Originally from northern California, I now live in Carrboro, NC where you will often find me outside of my work, painting, playing music, and spending time in nature. These practices help me listen inward and stay connected to tenderness, curiosity, and joy.
